Baby Waffles

IMG_2292.jpg

With Luke on board the family now, we usually like to spend our weekends chilling at home, whipping up some fun recipes for the kids and spending some precious family time.

When we first tried this recipe, the waffles came out really fluffy and slightly crisp on the outside - just the way we like it! They go so well with fruit toppings so that the kids get their daily dose of vitamins. If you like your waffles a bit sweeter, feel free to drizzle on some organic honey. You can also top it with some organic fruit purees. That should do the trick!
