Baked Broccoli Bites

This nutritious veggie can look a little unappealing to kids, but broccoli is a good source of fibre and protein, and contains iron, potassium, calcium and a good array of vitamins including folic acid. Sharing this fun way that you can introduce it to your kids diet!

Steam broccoli florets till soft. Chop it up finely.

2 cups cooked broccoli
1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
3/4 shredded cheese
2 cloves garlic
2 eggs
Olive oil to coat
